How To Order

Step 1. Adding Items To Your Cart.

If you wish to add an item to your cart, simply choose the quantity you wish to purchase and then click “add to cart.”

Step 2. Checkout as a Guest or a Returning Customer

Checking out as a Guest.

If you do not wish to create an account with us, simply continue on through the checkout process and complete the required information to finalize your order.

Returning Customers

If you are a returning customer sign in when prompted at the beginning of the Checkout process, verify/enter your email address and password. This will allow for a faster checkout.

Step 3. Shipping, Coupons, & Gift Certificates

Please review the shipping charge and add any coupon codes or gift certificates at this time.

Step 4. Review and Payment

At this time you will be asked to verify all of your information and enter or confirm your Payment Method.
-During this step you will have the capability to add any notes you would like to provide us with. For example: preferred carrier or a preferred area the package should be left if you will not be home.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes:

  • Billing Address
  • Shipping Address
  • Email Address
  • Credit Card Information

In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, identify which web browsers people are using, and to find out where our visitors are coming from in an effort to improve our online marketing.

How Is My Information Used?

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Security and Storage

Only your order data, billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies and Browser Information

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped standard ground within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. EST.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • On Trac
  • Spee Dee Delivery

If you would like us to use a specific carrier for your order, please make a note with-in the “Customer Notes” section when placing your order.

Order Tracking

If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some special orders coming directly from the manufacturer or distributor may not have tracking numbers available.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. At this time you will have the option to back out if needed. You can also view the chart provided below.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the portion of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

We offer a 30-day return on all brand new, unused and undamaged products when accompanied by a receipt and in original packaging. Used items may not be returned. A restocking fee of 10% is charged on all returned merchandise. All returns must first be authorized so we can give you detailed instructions on where to send your item(s). Please be aware that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and arranging shipment of returned items.

If you need to return an item, simply E-mail us at eric@hilltoprv.com. Request a return authorization, reason for returning, and be sure to include your order number. Please do not phone-in a return request. After we receive your return request via E-mail, we’ll send you E-mail with detailed instructions for your return. After we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you via E-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
After submitting an item for refund, you can expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks after you submit a return request, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using UPS ground.

Warranty Information

All warranties are given by the product manufacturer, only. We accept no responsibility or liability, expressed or otherwise for any manufacturers warranty. If you have a warranty issue, you will deal directly with the manufacturer.
